Seasonal Services - Mowing, Garden Maintenance, Pet Waste Removal, Lawn Treatment

• Annual Payment 

• You may make a one-time, annual payment to include total number of mowing services plus any additional services selected.

• Monthly Payments

• If you do not want your debit or credit card on file, we will now offer monthly invoicing. This will include total number of scheduled mowing services based on your weekly or bi-weekly rotation.

• Invoice must be paid before we will schedule services.

• *Subject to additional fees for overgrowth, pet waste, or debris removal - which will be required for payment before follow-up visits will be scheduled

• *This eliminates the 10% Late Fee for past due invoices - unpaid invoices for monthly services will result in cancellation of the invoice entirely, and a new invoice can be made upon customer request. Delay of scheduled services could incur an overgrowth charge.

• Bill at Time of Service

• With a debit or credit card on file, we will bill you once service(s) has been completed.

• *Subject to automatic payment, with photographic evidence, of overgrowth, pet waste removal, debris removal, etc.

• Fees

• New pet waste customers will have a $10 startup fee.

• Overgrowth charge will be the rate of mowing plus half. 

• Ex: $50 mow service + $25 overgrowth = $75 plus tax 

Landscaping and Other Services

• Partial Payment

• This is available to customers that choose to put a card on file only. 

• We will bill 50% up front as a down payment, and the remainder will be billed at time of service completion.

• Full Payment

• With no card on file, full payment must be received in order for work to be scheduled and completed.
